By making payment to us, whether directly or by paying an invoice issued by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, expertise and resources invested in each project, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you decide to cancel your project or change your mind after work has begun, you will not be entitled to a refund for any amounts paid.
If work has not yet commenced, we may, at our sole discretion and in exceptional or compassionate circumstances, consider a full or partial refund. Any such decision is entirely at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
Project Cancellation
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional working relationship with all clients.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project or business agreement where a client engages in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, harassing, bullying, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate towards our team.
Should we terminate a project for these reasons:
Any payments made will be forfeited.
Any work completed up to the date of termination remains payable.
Any outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
We reserve the right to recover any costs incurred in relation to the project.
No Guarantee of Business Success
While we apply our knowledge, experience and best efforts to every project, we cannot guarantee the success, profitability, sales performance or future growth of your business.
The performance of any business depends on many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, pricing, marketing, customer demand, product selection, business management and your ongoing efforts.
Accordingly, no refunds, compensation or reimbursement will be provided on the basis that your business did not achieve your desired results.
Client Satisfaction

If you have any concerns regarding the services provided, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to work collaboratively with you to resolve any issues and achieve a fair and satisfactory outcome wherever possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or relating to the services we provide is limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific services.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss, including loss of profits, business opportunities, revenue or goodwill arising from the use of our services.
